OUR STORY
We are Hugo and Judy Coetzee, a husband and wife team, with over 30 years building design experience. Having worked together in architectural practices prior to marriage, it was a natural sequence of events to become partners in our own design practice. We registered the design business, SCIEPPAN in 1984 as a Pty (Ltd). Since then we have collaborated and refined our design process by developing an ethic of team work. Our individual design styles, strengths and interests perfectly compliment each other to create beautiful and cohesive buildings.
OUR DESIGN PRACTICE
Our design studio keeps abreast of the latest developments in construction styles, construction methods and materials. We have remained at the forefront of technology working on leading 3D Architectural programs enabling us to give our clients the best service and visual understanding of their homes during the design development phase. We operate from a well-equipped design studio with the latest technology including a 46-inch flat screen for showcasing designs and 3D models. Scieppan has made its mark on architectural design with a successful track record of beautiful buildings and happy clients around South Africa and abroad. We base our work on a solid foundation of design excellence and boast several awards in the architectural field.
